I’m not sure if I should post here or in the disease and treatment forum.

These showed up in my quarantine tank today, exactly a week after adding some PJ cardinals. I did add a sponge to the filter from my display tank last Tuesday so it’s a possibility they came from there, but for one thing you would think the cardinals would eat them all exposed like that and another thing is I’m running Cupramine and Prazipro in there so I’m kind of surprised that some of them appear to be still alive. Any thoughts? Are they harmless? Are they some sort of parasite? The picture isn’t the clearest, they are black with red tails and about the size of a small mealworm
