I have 3 aquamana black box leds over my 150 gallon tank and I haven't the slightest clue what percentages to set the blues and whites at. The lights are hanging around 8 inches from the waters surface
Right now i have blues around 20% and whites around 50% and I like the color its giving but i dont know what the corals will like (dont have anything in the tank yet)

I run the Mars Aquas, which I assume are close to what you have. I have them 12" above waterline and set roughly at 50% blues and 20% white. I did modify mine to the SB reeflights led layout.

Should the blues be higher then the whites?

It's common to run more blue than white because of the spectrums the coral need, without getting technical. White light tends to promote more pest algae issues. Most coral would do just fine with just blue spectrums alone. White helps balance the appearance for us and the way we view the tank.
