black box led , thinking of upgrading

i have 2 black box led lights over my 150 tank. i feel I can do better and want to upgrade some time next year. it's a standard 150, 72x 18x 28. i want it to be sps mostly. which light would be best for a tank this deep ? kessil, radio, AI ? they all look good but which will give me the best of color and growth ?

It’s not as cut and dry as that. If there was a best we would all be using the same light. A few things to consider
1. How much control do you want
2. What look do you like ie shimmer and color
3 cost
And I am sure there is more.
I personally like kessil, my next choice would be radion. If you want to control all Chanel’s of color go with radion if you don’t want as much control go with kessil.

3 radion xr30s running front to back would be a great choice. Only $2400 if you go with gen 4
6 AI primes HDs also would look nice. $1350
2 SBreef light 32" Ultras for $1200
3 SBreef light basic sbox 16" running front to back $402

All these LED options will grow anything. Or you could go with T5 or T5+LED or T5+MH

Depends! First, how well are you able to read your sps to tell if they need a change in lighting? How much control do you want over the lights? Each brand has a different look that is totally subjective to how it makes your tank look!

. This is the route I went. Black boxes work and they're cheap. I added the t5's to take care of the shadowing I got with just leds
