So while checking my tank late night, I notice there are some "dust particles" moving around my torch. All torch in my tank now have bugs on them. They are super small and lighter color, definitely not the acropora eating black bug and there are also like 3 different spieces of moving particles. I dipped them last night and I see them again tonight!!!

It's definitely bothering my torches as the membrane is receding

Photos! On the coral and in the dish after you dipped.

Or any sort of planaria or other flat worm which is feeding on/from the tissue. Do you have them on something else?
And like @Ron Reefman say, need photos. Try to get one close to you and take macro photo of it, and if you dip again take photo of the dish, after the dip to see what's left in.
Also what you DIP in ?

Photos please!!! I worry my torched have bugs on them too. This is what's found after I dipped w bayer. Any of these looks like bugs to you guys? I don't see any critters crawling around., My torches are doing okay, but I feel like they aren't getting their full extension.

I see Asterina starfish, amphipod, copepods and something like a worm of some sort. but from the amny particles inside w/o clear focus can't say more, sorry.
From the Bayar wat's not been killed will be stunned for long enough time to can you see it to move at all, and will die for sure.
Don't worry about the torches, they are probably stressed, and for few days they should be like that. And always there is the water factor, your specs of the water, lights, flow etc to get fully extended. So give it it a time and observe, if you see something try to get clear closer photo on it (if can use any magnifier will be helpful)

Any in the coral you can take pics of?
If so, interceptor pill from a veterinarian will be the only effective remedy
