Black bugs/Specs that move on glass

Should I be worried about these? Showed up today, there’s quite a few of them
Primarily on the glass toward the water level. They move around lazily.

Actually now that the tank is bright with white light and no longer cloudy, the ‘bugs’ look more like transparent?
im not looking to bomb my tank but if this is a natural thing that comes and goes in the ecosystem, or indicates something I would like to know.

could be pods which are beneficial but its quite hard to be 100%

I’ve seen some larger clear flea looking creatures in the sump and crawling on rocks that I have figured were some type of pod. could these be copepods? Main worry was some sort of flatworm or something

edit: also would be delighted if their just pods since we were just researching how to help our live fish food populations.
