Black dots on torch coral?

Hi everyone,

I noticed that one of my torches has some black dot around its base. The coral seems fine. I was wondering if anyone might know what they are? Flatworm? Some other pest?

Are they moving? Can be osricods, black bugs but doubt flatworms
If not moving, try removal with tweezers
