Black dots on zoa

I don't have a picture because I knocked them off of the bodies of the zoas. They seemed to be small black dots. They seemed hard and popped off when lightly brushed. Just trying to figure out what they could be because they survived a dip and have been pestering my wizard zoas

Do you have any pics now? do you have SPS? the first thing that comes to mind is black bugs, but is very hard to ID without pics.
