Black Friday Battery back up

I’m looking for a battery back up for my nano.

i have a Jecod 1200 dc pump and a hygger dc wave maker. I’d love to run 1 pump and the heater.

winter we usually lose power every once and a while for 1-3 hours (I know this isn’t horrible). I want to be extra prepaid.

also if anyone knows Black Friday deals for them that would be great!

Time it runs depends on how many components and power demand given to unit. Typically- two pumps up to 8hrs

That isn’t too bad. I think I’d do 1 pump and 1 heater. Maybe I’ll also look around for something that can do 24-36 hours as well for a real back up

A backup battery to run a heater is the tough part unless it is on the order of 25 - 50W.

Look into Goal Zero battery generator, it would take care of the heater plus. I have a 34g and went that route.

A backup battery to run a heater is the tough part unless it is on the order of 25 - 50W.

Agree with this. Unless you are talking a very large battery you won't be able to run a heater for any significant length of time on backup.

So for shorter power outages do you not worry as much about a heater and focus on water movement?
