YES!! One Piece was awesome! we're rewatching it again. The cast, the acting, the storyline all great!
I actually started rewatching it again to pick up on some things I missed. I enjoy the show due to it being a traditional story arch. The show has some definite anime quark to it, but at the end of the day, it's a story about these individuals, their obstacles in life, and how they overcome them. Even in just one season you have a lot of growth for each character and you feel like you've known them for a while even just after eight episodes. There's no deconstruction of the hero, no modern twist, etc. It's just timeless, relatable characters that you quickly grow to care for. Not to mention, some of their backstories are heart-wrenching and intense. Sanji's backstory is somehow both extremely horrifying and touching at the same time. I legit teared up when the Merry pulled out out of the restaurant. "I owe you my life". :crying-face::):crying-face:

Either way, I hope they keep making seasons because it's one of the best shows I've seen in a while.

I'm goni need some of those in my tank :D

When my wife and I got married she basically became a lazy chef. At her parent's house she was cooking full meals frequently. At our house it was a "lazy tacos" menu. Most meals were me cooking macaroni and cheese or her cooking ranch style beans and something else.

Chili was a can of ranch style beans with chili sauce and ground beef; nachos was ranch style beans, rice, lettuce, cheese, and chips and occasionally ground beef; and she had 4 or 5 other "recipes" that due to mental anguish I must have blocked from my memory (that or the fact that it's been over 20 years ago and my age blocked it from my memory...).

Now she makes our daughter cook. She cooks pretty decent dinners.

Occasionally we get these:

GAME REMINDER
JUBILEE SCRABBLE

TITLE GIF.gif

Time to break out the thesaurus and see what shows up next to "jubilee"! For this game, I will post a synonym for "jubilee" every hour, on the hour. However, the letters are out of order. the first person to put them in the correct order gets a point, or can spin the wheel of points. After ten rounds, the person with the most points wins a TROCHUS SNAIL 5-PACK!!!

In the event of a tie, the person that scored first wins. Good luck!

Here is the wheel of points:

I have this little yellow one that started to take off and grew long lashes with faint blue tips. I call it the Swede Goni.. it's hard to get a pict where it's located in goni recovery ...

I've seen yellow gonis popping up more often recently and I need to get one. I only have a bright red ORA one and a bicolored one just like yours. The red ORA one is colony size but the bicolor is a newer addition and frag sized. Happy and growing, but still a frag.

Now that is the wheel I want to spin...
It's a hidden wheel. I have others just like it but they're achievements that are extremely hard to unlock.

I've thought about how to employee a system for my games where people can unlock achievements and get access to different things, but I'm not sure how I'd like to gamefy it. I have plenty of fun ideas like that but the nature of the forum format can be limiting, plus there's a lot of long term data that I need to correctly record to pull something like that off. Would be nice if people could earn badges from my games too.

I always wondered, what is a colony sized one! I se so many " mini colony. Colony" etc. 3 polyp 6, ot 25+. It seems to keep changing. ;)

Larger than a baseball is in the colony territory for a goni, IMO. But yeah, an industry standard would be nice to have. Maybe the community should have that discussion and settle it for each kind of coral.
