What is this algae ? Does it hurt corals ? And how do I get rid of it?

I would guess there is a lack of flow in the tank? Even the clowns are swimming right up at the water surface which often suggest lack of oxygen in the water

Are there any powerheads in there? You should get one or two, and point one at the water surface to help with gas exchange and put oxygen in the water.

so getting a wave maker and point it toward the top of the water will help put oxygen in the water ?

Going on 3 months
I agree with the other posts about flow. Your tank will go through various ugly phases over the course of the first year and beyond sometimes. Do some reading on the common types of algae that will visit your tank, cleaner crews, husbandry, weekly water changes, etc... so you know what to expect.
