In the broadside larvae picture that individual is starting to show a headband. Larvae day 9. They are starting to eat Otohime A. The 5 from the first clutch are on day 28 and are eating Otohime B1 - B2, I'm trying to wean them onto B2. Then I plan on feeding rods food larval diet. It has astaxanthin and beta carotine. Some study results showed a desireable coloration increase when astaxanthin was fed between day 30-60. After day 60 astaxanthin enriched diets makes no detectable difference in coloration.

Yea home made divider I have the platinum femal X onyx on the other side. They are a ways off from bonding but they don't fight anymore.

Are you on facebook? I'd like to get some more tips from you and get your opinion on a couple things

Well first im.curious on your overall setup. Sump circulation corals cleaning pretty much it all

I don't have a sump on either set up. I will on my next. As far as cleaning, I'll clean when it's dirty. I have been doing daily water changes of around 2 gallons of reef crystals. I feed very frequently. I just tossed some corals in the broodstock tank, I try to give them multiple options for hosting. Lights on a 14 hour cycle. Whites on for the 10. Feed 5+ times a day.

One powerhead 200-300 gph on each side. And I'm not sure about the circulation pumps I think it's a 900 and a 1200. And a protein skimmer rated at 75 gallon tank.

Nice! It looks like you have a few snowflakes there.

Thanks I think so too!! In the second picture (from the top) you can see a snowflake and a "normal" barred juvi. One of the larvae even has his second stripe already, while some others don't even have their head stripe. I'd say about half of them have head stripes. They are being weaned onto otohime A. The older clowns are still on otohime B1. Until I see them devouring the food they will stay on B1. I want to get my 20 gallon going so I can put them all in there
