I have black ich on my tangs, theyve had it for a while and it doesnt bother them. I have some prazipro and I am wondering if I should use it? Can I use it in my display tank with an anemone/corals/inverts?

I would use it, yes. But first, post pictures of the afflicted fish?

I’ve used it in several vibrant reefs. It irritates nems and coral for a day or two but they recover fine.
