Black Ich?

My tang has been doing well and still eating very well. In an effort to get him better nutrition, I changed his food to New Life Spectrum pellets. Oddly enough he has taken to it well. But today, I noticed tiny specs on his body. Looks black to me... Is it black Ich? If so, I have Prazipro on hand. See pics

The resolution on the computer I am using right now may not be high enough. I can't make out any black spots.

Looks like smaller specks of pepper on the body. I could see it when I took the pic... Maybe lost resolution in the upload

Definitely looks like the pictures. He is still eating. I ground up some fresh garlic and it's soaking with mysis and emerald cube. Just trying to keep the immune system strong. He has been eating new life spectrum marine and thera+ but I don't think he gets enough because they fall too fast and the hermets and emerald crabs grab them.
