Yep that looks like black ich. Smart move!

I agree with black ich. Let us know how it goes with the prazi and watch for infection afterwards. The risk is pretty high with black ich and flukes for the fish to get secondary bacterial infections.

So far black spots are faded and most gone, with a few very slight black spots left. Pretty happy with the prazi! Planning a second treatment on the 7th day
