Just added a yellow coris wrasse Monday and today I noticed a few small brown spots near it's gills and fins. I put this guy through TTM with 2 rounds of PraziPro, as I have every other fish in my tank with the exception of a formerly freshwater mollie. No other fish show any sign of black ich or any disease and never have, and this new fish looked great when he was moved into the tank. Could it still be black ich or maybe something else? l tried to get a picture but no luck after 30 minutes of waiting for it to come near the glass with my phone next to it. I double checked my bottle of prazipro and it is not expired. I have added snails to this tank with no qt and coral, but always dip and remove plug. Other fish in the tank are yellow tang, clownfish, and mollie. Any suggestions on what to do now? Thanks!

Normally Prazipro will treat black ich. Do you have an anemone that may have stung him?

No anemones. No coral right now either. Just a few snails, a small army of white flat worms and small bristle worms, and the other fish.

Is that what a bristle worm sting would look like? I can't find any decent pictures of a bristle worm sting on fish. Spots are still visible today. Should I just wait a few days and see what happens?

Ok I have been looking at pictures of bristle worm encounters with fish for the past 30 minutes and I'm thinking that it is not the case with my fish. I have checked him closely again and I don't see any bristles, just small black/brown spots that looks almost like pepper.
