Black ich ?

I dont know much about the disease but on my clownfish I noticed black spots , and would like to know how to cure it, or if its something else, kinda hard to tell from pic but you can see the black splotching,

Black ich looks like black salt grains. That looks like random coloring.

Clowns can get black spots from anemone stings.

If black ich is spotted, it's pretty easy to deal with. Prazi will do it.

I appears that clown is right next to that Euyphilia, which can sting the fish and cause those black spots.

Im thinking anemone sting. Try a freshwater bath and see if it seems to clear up
Better terms for this effect is Paravortex which are small and appear as grains of black spots. These have a single host life cycle producing several juveniles. This cycle lasts about 10 days and adhere to fish in poor health. They form a cocoon like fibrous structure in the substrate in which they are able to reproduce and find a new fish to host on., within which they reproduce and therefore re-infect

Many euphyllia corals especially hammers and frogspawn have a sting nearly as bad or worse than many anemones. In the first picture you posted I see a frogspawn so it's very likely that or another coral in your tank caused this mark.
