Black mark on Kole tang cheek

My yellow eyed kole tang has been in quarantine almost two weeks now. He’s in there with a few other fish. Not treating with copper or anything, just quarantine to observe and treat if anything happens. All parameters are good in the tank. No other fish showing signs of any kind of diseases.

He developed this over 24hrs. Not flashing or signs of itching. Eats aggressively still and active. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Kinda looks like a bruise. I would just monitor for now and feed vitamin soaked foods. But have antibiotics on standby in case it starts looking worse: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/antibiotics.283711/
