Black montipora bugs

Hey everyone, I've been having these guys come back from time to time. I can see them on my green branching montipora and they've moved over to my rainbow monti also. I try to dip the corals once a month and this is the first time I have tried to I'd them. Any help would be awesome.

Can’t open video but may be dreaded black bugs which don’t respond to dips but crushed dog interceptor pill will take them down
