I am about to take the plunge into this hobby for the second time. First go round was about 10 years with a 90 gallon reef. Been out for about 5 years now. I am planning to purchase a 125 gallon acrylic with an built in overflow and drilled for drain and fill. The tank I am looking at is available in a black or blue back only. My old tank was glass. My new setup will allow me to walk behind the tank in a mini fish room. I used to spend a lot of time looking at the back of the tank in the old fish room. It was darker and often certain things would hide back there (my starfish for example).

I cant decide 1) if I like the idea of a solid back and 2) if it is coloured should I go black or blue... Comments welcome.

This is the tank I am looking at. Casco 125 Gallon Tall Overflow
If there are better or different options please feel free to link or let me know.

If you go with a clear back you can use black or blue vinyl.

Yup that's what I am going to do. Now that I have found it in clear it makes the choice clear. Thanks for the opinions, much appreciated.
