Black patches on clownfish?

Just fed my fish and I noticed some black patches on one of my clownfish - on their lips, their side and their fin. It's been behaving and feeding normally but I'm wondering what kind of disease this is and what I can do- I want to act fast. Could it be black spot? Thanks guys!
 
Sounds similar to Hyper-Melanization by the description, pics would help.

 
Here is a picture, I'm afraid the quality is pretty bad, I didn't manage to get any of the patches on his body but you can see the lips pretty clearly - I recently got my first corals so it's quite likely he was stung

What are your water parameters speaking of water quality? Cant really see anything in the photo either
 
They're usually pretty good, I do a water change every week and I've been trying to bring the KH down a bit at the recommendation of my LFS
