If you want to confirm flukes, you could still do a freshwater dip - which would let you know that you might have to treat your display with Prazi-Pro. (It's relatively gentle and reef-safe, with the exception of bristle worms and feather dusters.)
Not sure what the "fleas" could be. If he was still in your display, I'd suspect 'pods coming to scavenge, but in QT . . .
Sorry to hear that this fellow is unlikely to make it. It hurts to lose a dream-fish.

i have done FW dip when i got him,when i put him in QT and another time while he was in QT...about 8-10 minutes every time with tap water that had the PH raised to 8.2,like in the tanks.
gonna have to shoot in all directions with anti parazite meds in the qt tank now i guess,to make sure the angels are safe.
also,as a last resort on recommandation of a marine biologist freind ive bombed the QT with liquid coral food,assuming the fish will have to swallow it,wanting or not,an hour before an 80% water change.

Sorry for your losses.
Which meds did you mix? I'm assuming Prazipro and an antibiotic (which one?) Also, was the QT water cloudy this morning?

Take everything you did over the last 3 days and use it to your advantage..... Learn from what you did wrong, and have a plan in place to do things different next time. Think about what happened and prepare yourself for different courses of action. Just watch the fish you have remaining to make sure they don't get anything

I've used a product called gyrodol by a German company called jbl, which contains prazi together with a product called baktapour by sera, another German company, which contains Butylglycol, Acriflav and methylene blue
