Black PVC Fittings?

I am looking for some black PVC fittings, I found part of what I am looking for, 1" black PVC elbow slip x slip, but also looking for black 1" elbow slip x spigot (street)? Does anyone know if they make these, I have not been able to find them.

That what I was thinking as well, what type of paint did you use, as these will be exposed to water all the time, I am worried they will not hold up painted, plus what fish safe?

Most people will recommend Krylon Fusion for plastic. I had trouble finding this anywhere local and so I opted for Valdspar spray paint for plastic. Once cured they both should bond to the plastic permanently. You may want to leave the product to cure well beyond the advertised cure time as it will be underwater. Neither company will say they are reef safe or safe underwater or potable water however in most peoples experience here and in the reefing community in general Krylon Fusion for plastic is safe.

I recall looking for one a while back and could not find it. I ended up just using a black 1" slip-MPT elbow threaded into the corresponding female fitting.

That part of what I am looking for, and here the other part I am looking for, but cannot find it in black. About to give up and just get it in white and paint it.

Well if the PVC was outside the tank Krylon works great. I do have one small part under water that I spray painted and it hasn't peeled, but it is also close to the surface of the tank.

Go on Amazon and type in black furniture grade pvc. They have 15 or so different colors from formufit. I did red pipe with white fittings. Went to hd and got clear primer and glue. Came out awesome.

I don't. The tank actually has been running for a little over a year. Still need to change the return pump as I don't like the little flow this one has but it has 5 reefbright 48", 3 blue and 2 white/ blue, vertex 180, vertex reactor, 2 mp40s, a ghl doser and new apex controller.

Which apex did you go with? I’m currently building a 75 and I still haven’t made a decision on a controller yet.

When I got the tank at macna in San Diego it had the full apex wifi with all 4 probes.
