Black ray goby and pistol shrimp pair

Found a black ray goby paired with a pistol shrimp at the LFS. I've been waiting one for a while and the first time I seen one I got it.

This is my first goby so I'm not an expert. I added the pistol first and the goby a few seconds later. The pistol went where I wanted him but the goby went a different direction.

Will the shrimp and goby find each other? How long does it usually take? Just want to make sure they are both getting fed.

The goby will eventually find the shrimp, unless they are in a big tank (75g up) Just give them a few days to settle.

I have a 120g and a few pairs have always found each other.

They found each other! Both left where they went in and met in the middle rock work.
