Black sacks on my diamond goby please help id

Hello everyone! My diamond goby has some kind of injury or disease. I can't find anything close to it on here so I thought I would post and see if anyone knows what it is. I haven't gotten new fish in at least 3 months maybe closer to 6 months so nothing new should have been introduced. Please help! Thanks in advance.
