Nice looking fish, hard to tell exactly how old she is.

I feed my clown, twice a day just a tiny amount of pellets or flake, once a week frozen. Clowns like mysis and cyclops, they are not picky eaters once acclimated. Initially the clown might go several days without eating.

Can not comment on the fish's classification other to say it's a nice looking clown, I would be satisfied.

Thanks I got him at Petco on Thursday he's eating very well every time I put food in there the lady told me once a day but I knew that couldn't be right she's not very big yet which makes me think it's young and she still has her orange face she Ora and from the research I've done she looks like a premium because of the pattern? Right? Probably wrong my tank has only been up for 9 days but everything's perfect and rock was aquacultured

For a young clown just a tiny tiny pinch twice a day is fine. Do not over feed though, you'll compromise your water quality in such a young tank.

Yes compared to the images presented on ORA site it does look like their premium clown. Most likely a young clown, under a year, hard to be sure.

Since the tank is so young I would not add any other fish for a couple weeks just to give your new clown and shrimp the best chance. When you want to add another clown post and we can assist you in getting a clown your current clown will not beat up.

Chance are good that the current clown will become a female if left alone so you'll need to keep that in mind when selecting another clown if you do. Two females will not reside in that size tank without significant aggression.

Yes it's cycled lol!. Not stupid. But yes I'm waiting at least 2 weeks to add another fish and 6 weeks for coral since I haven't went threw my brown algae. But I do have a button polyp hitchhiker . I just want to know why Petco sold him to me for 80$ and everywhere else he's way more I don't think they knew what they had maybe?

Actually my local Petco is also selling ORA products. I have seem some quality clowns when I browse the SW section, that is also the price the local petco is asking. It seems legit to me, different distributors are going to offer product at different prices. :-)
