Black spot on clownfish appeared today

I got this clownfish about 2-3 weeks ago and today a black spot appeared on its side. In my tank i have a torch, frogspawn, ricordea, zoas, leather, and a xenia. Its behavior seems normal and it's been eating and swimming pretty actively. Is this something I need to be worried about? I can provide water parameters if needed.

Sorry I don't know why I said torch. I meant a hammer. But I haven't seen it interact with the hammer at all. Maybe when I'm asleep?

I would agree and say that’s likely hypermelanization (coral sting).
