Black spot on neon cleaner goby?

I noticed my neon cleaner goby appearing to briefly flash on the sand and then noticed this black spot on his side. Is it something I should worry about or something I should just keep an eye on and wait out?

Thank you. When I looked later, the spot seemed to have shrunk/disappeared somehow. I will keep a close eye on him and make sure nothing worsens
