Black spot on purple tang?

I am currently battling an ich outbreak . I am making headway and all of my fish are eating great and energetic. I noticed a black spot that it "on" the fish, like it's stuck there. Can someone give an idea of what it is?

Both tangs have pinched bellies, are they getting enough food?

Hate to ask but can you furnish these under white light intensity? Pics are too blue to determine if its a post injury-isopod or other.

It's not a problem. I will get some tomorrow as it's their bed time.

I was not feeding enough, listened to lfs. I have increased feeding.

I can see the spot now. It is likely just an injury, none of the contagious diseases look like that. The Achilles could have been the culprit, but it looks more like how a sea urchin spine injures a fish.
