Black spot

Hi all, I had black spot, black ich some time ago now and all has been good, I added a scallop and a nem the other day and now my vampire tang is flashing and looks as though it has black spot again, does it loom like it to you or any other ideas?

Looks like black ich which are turibella worms. Can also be anemone stings but I’m sure black ich- pics are in heavy blue light to confirm
