Black spots appearing on clowns?

Both of my clowns just started getting black spots on there orange sections...acting and eating normal.....just weird...any thoughts....thanks in advance.

Doesn't seem like black ich, I believe its coral stings, nothing to worry about in that case, they might tried to host a coral and they got stung by it.
 
GSP will not sting the clowns, duncan in very rare situation but highly unlikely, its most probably an anemone, or other soft corals like torch, frogspawn, etc..

Just keep monitoring them and ensure they are well fed, acting normally and breathing at a normal rate and hopefully they will live long and happy life.
 
Ok I do have torch,hammers,& frogspawn... more likely suspects, just never seen the clowns play in those....Thanks again
 
you are most welcomed, since they are super active then don't worry, its coral stings. They might not be approaching these corals because they got stung from them.
