Black spots on clown?

Anyone know what these back spots could be?

Looks like he tried to host something and got some stings. Any anemones or euphylia in your tank?
 
Agreed. Stung by anemone or other coral in attempt to host it.
You can add some Prazipro to tank as clown is likely lightly stressed from sting and it should recover in a few days
 
Zoanthids can do this too, clowns sometimes will try to host anything. Mine would host sheets of algae during a cyano outbreak.
