Black spots on clownfish

Black spots appeared on my clown today as well. My tank is FOWLR. 15 gallon with 2 clowns I have had since October and a gramma for two weeks. Are your spots like mine. I am not sure what treatment I am going to do.

Your spots are a little different from mine. Mine are a little darker and vary in size. Yours look light colored and all similar size.

I had my clown for about 3 months. This is a picture of the black spots she has. Any thoughts on what this is? Also seem to have lost one of my blue green chromies as I can't find him and he has been sluggish lately.
