I have two clownfish in my IM14 Nano that just today starting show these large for thier body I guess black spots on them. Looking in the disease index it looks to big to be black ich but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated. They are eating fine, Salinity 1.0255, Temp 78.125. I am about to test Nitrates, Ammonia etc. There is also a Watchmen goby in there that is not showing any signs of this.

Probably not, but let's see if anyone on the #reefsquad has a different opinion.

If black ich will get noticeably worse quickly. If melanization they should start to fade.

It looks like hyper-melanization to me, not black ich. My guess is they are probably trying to snuggle with the hammer after lights-out...

Nothing to worry about :)
