Black spots on foxface and white on Clownfish

What would these white spots be that are on my Yellow Tangs pectoral fins now?

Definitely looks like it could be ich... I’d plan on treating with copper next.

What the heck....how could I be that lucky to get every disease in the book?

When I finish the current treatment, do I just start treating with cupramine for the ich?

So I have to get a prescription from a vet? Sounds a little extreme
Disregard...I was looking up the wrong treatment. I see I can buy chelated copper elsewhere

The foxface looks to be back at full strength, and the smaller clown still has the white spot on the top of its head....but could this just be scarring from the damage before?

What are you thoughts on this @ngoodermuth?

Here is an update on day 33...I still have what appears to be 7 healthy fish. The foxface shows no more black spots, the clownfish are looking good with the bigger one slowly growing his tail back, and the tang with no more white spots on his fins.
My question is, should I still preemptively treat for ich? I never treated for it when the white spots appeared on the tangs fins since they went away shortly after I saw them. I have copper power I can use, and am just wondering if I should treat anyway even though there are no signs of it. I would hate to re introduce something into my DT after I go 76 days fallow.

Sorry about the delayed response, sometimes the notifications don't pop up or they get missed. I think we need advice from @ngoodermuth. It's always good to get rid of ich but I just want to make sure she doesn't think you could run into any issues with copper before I suggest using it.
