Black spots on Foxface

Hi Reef2Reef.
I have a fox faced rabbit fish that has 3 large black spots each with a white center. All three spots are near the face.
I just noticed them today.
The fish is and has been acting completely normal.
I will attach pictures that show the spots.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any stinging corals in the tank? LPS corals with long tentacles are the most common cause of this, such as Euphyllia.

The circular shape is also commonly seen in bacterial diseases.

I do have a few stinging corals in the tank.
Just for further clarification, the damage is very flat against the skin, also, it looks kind of like a fish eye or an ashy burn against the skin.

Do you have an urchin? Looks like puncture versus sting but bacterial as Jay mentioned is not ruled out

No sea urchins, for stinging corals, there are torch corals, bta’s and hammerhead torch’s.
Another thing I noticed that has been happening lately is that the second Foxfaced fish keeps bullying the injured one around, could they be healing bite marks?

While torch pack a strong sting, cant say its the culprit.
