Black spots on my clowns!!

Black spots on my clowns ive heard from alot of people that they could just be getting stung by corals and its not like ick or anything but i was thinking what it could be stinging it or the long term health effects of the stings i was maybe thinking it was the aiptasia i have on a rock i recently bought a frag with aiptasia so i quarantined it on the sand bed waiting to get around to removing it, i have frogspawn, zoas, mushroom corals, leather but i dont think its any of those, any suggestions?

I wouldn't worry about that. It looks to be the same tone as the black from it's stripes. So it may just be producing melonin.

looks like flukes. Usually, coral sting marks are on the bottom or sides of the fish. Rarely on the top like that.

Flukes are opaque, not black.

I wouldn't freak out just yet. These spots show up on my clowns periodically. They look to be sting marks. Have you noticed your clown rubbing up against any corals? Zoas, Duncan, Torch, etc?

My clowns decide to try a new coral every other week, and when they do these spots show up. Some corals have a more powerful sting than others. They've just decided to get into a colony of zoas and the smaller male has these. They don't have to be on the belly...especially when the fish dives head fist and just lays in there.

Keep an eye on them. If they seem to get worse then it may be something else.

My snowflake clown get's them as well. He has been hanging out in a Duncan lately so I think that is what it's from.

That is normal. Many clowns when they come of breeding age get them. Also when they are hosting something new they can get those.

Yeah i mean the black spots are all over but the clowns seem really healthy and eat like crazy, though i noticed one to this really funny jittery movement it mightve been cause of the sting or something idk

Spots from getting stung. My clowns that host mushrooms get these spots every once in a while.

The jittery movement is communication between the to clownfish. Relative to establishing dominance, mating signals etc...
