Hi everyone,
I was moving my frag tank and found this little worm squiggling around on the sand. Any idea what it is? It doesn't have the coloring of your standard bristle worm.

Not a bristle for sure. Could be a eunice the way its walking like.a millipede.... @KJ
Looks like a Eunicid, they can be black.
I think it might be. I was able to use my phone and a magnifying glass and it looks pretty similar to the ones I pull up on google. I also found another worm while messing with the tank that also seems to have that eunice head.

That is a type of dorvilleidae.

Looks like a type of Hesionidae worm.
Picture for reference
Edit: hesionids are carnivores feeding on polychaetes and other small invertebrates. Some may be deposit-feeders, eating detritus.
