Thats not a snail. Thats a black nudibranch.

scutus snail, believe it or not i just bought one of these today, they are a type of limpet that eats algae but may accidentally munch on SPS, they arent common and they are one of my favorite snails.

I swore i was right until someone posted to actual ID.

They look very similar with close markings
