So I think these are the clownfish I want to add to my modded biocube 29, any special care for them? also should I add a anemone too and what kind? Right now all i have is a longnose hawkfish and I love him. Also how does this stock sound
Pair of black storm clowns
Long nose hawkfish
Orange spotted diamond goby
lawnmower blenny
and maybe a cardinal fish or firefish or other small fish any recommendations?

I don't believe they require any different care then to a regular clown fish. They're essentially the same thing, just different color morph. An anemone isn't required for clowns, alot of times reefers will add an anemone thinking the clowns will love it, and they never look at it lol. Bubble tip anemone seems to be the most common for clownfish hosting. How long has the tank been up and running? Generally you want a fully matured tank before adding an anemone.

The tank has been running for 3 years but I just bought it 3 weeks ago up and running the tank has a hydro galaxy 165w led light and a EcoTech mp10 powerhead and a Santa Monica algae scrubber

Most people have 4-6 fish I am doing weekly 5 gallon water changes also using Red Sea coral pro salt

Maybe I’ll scratch out any firefish or cardinals but I think the tank can handle the rest, how are tail spot blennys instead of lawnmowers?

Just because ‘most’ people do it that way doesn’t mean its the right way.
I wouldn’t do any more than 3 fish in a tank that size.

Where are you buying the Storms from if you don't mind saying?

Thinking about it right now.If i do i might need to get rid of the fish i have until the clowns grew up some.

Yeah I really want a pair I’d also love to have Miami whites they are only bred by one guy in Florida so super hard to get and even more rare

wait 6 months and I bet you will start to see a drop in the price.i think like most new designer clowns once the fad wears off and more people breed them they will become more affordable.jmo
