Black Tang?

So I've got this tang that I have no clue what he/she is. If you guys have any infor it would be awesome!. He has a whitish tail and kinda like deep blue dots.

Juvenile would be yellow, could be a lavender tang; the photograph doesn't exactly make it easy to tell haha
 
Can you geta better pic, particularly so the shape of the tail can be seen. It looks like a Ctenochaetus species, perhaps C. flavicauda.

Agree on all counts. More pics to be certain.
 
Awesome, thank you so much! So what would it cause him to be black? Bad nutrition or it hasn't develop his color?
 
Awesome. Thanks a lot for your help. So he is actually the boss of the tang and it came that way. Maybe he was just not healthy and lost his color.
