black trochus snail?

For a good while now Banded trochus snails have replace nerites as my favorite marine snail. They're on the more expensive side but are fantastic cleaners and get around the entire tank. I was in an LFS the other day And saw some so decided to pick up four more. Upon closer examination These were not the trochus snails that I was used to. They look exactly the same. The same cone shell, the same bands going diagonally around the shell, the same little tentacles that stick out around the snail making it look like the Sun. Except that the bands are black instead of red, The foot of the snail is grey instead of black. Other than that it is the same exact snail. I've never seen these in my 10 years. Are they trochus? They were sold to me as turbos. Anyone familiar with them?

Here are pics of the two. Clearly black striped with a clear sluggish complection. Then, red striped shell with a black body and striking head with green nose area and red eyes. Really cool. First time I've found the black striped ones.
