Black Widow BTA Question

I am soliciting for a black widow anemone on a few facebook groups and one of the sellers mentioned, "It's a midwest version and won't get bigger than 4 inches."

Never heard of this and seems odd. Can someone comment and possibly attach some pictures?

A nem will grow until it doesn’t want too or it splits.

Midwest version that will not get bigger than four inches? Maybe in his/her tank only but I have seen them bigger.

I have never heard of such. I used to frequent the anemone FB pages. Long story short, I wouldn't trust anything I read on FB.
