Blackbox lighting schedule

Hi everyone, I’m trying out a blackbox light for my 65gallon budget build And I’m just wondering if anyone has any lighting schedules that can sustain a mix reef with acros. Any tips or advice would be very helpful too like how long can I have my light cycle be including ramp up and down. Thanks in advance!

Forgot to mention above that it has three channels:

channel 1 is blues

channel 2 is whites

channel 3 is like a lighter blue that kind of makes the tank look like windex if on very high
