I have a 90gal. I have been flighting what I think is cyano/Dino, still fighting it. I now have a beige string on rocks. Looks like a dust bunnies got stuck on them.
The tank has 5 anemone and 11 clowns in it. No corals. If I feed the anemone should this affect them?? I’d like to see if a blackout would help me.

Parameter

20.4 Nitrate

Feeding is not a requirement for nems, just light.
Your nitrate is fine if it’s holding 20ppm but phosphate is on the higher side.
You could use a GFO like Rowaphos as an example to bind some of that phosphate up and reduce to .1ppm, give or take.
You can feed them if you wish but this will increase nitrate and phosphate.
Dino/Cyano I see more when nutrients are zero, so not sure what algae that is.
You can do a lights out if no one in your system is dependent on light. Nems are going to hate that. I’d leave lights but reduce white if you can, but just a bit.
I would suck that stuff out, and maintain stable chemistry.
