Is this guy doing ok. He was showing his middle much more up until today.

Looks good to me. They will inflate or deflate throughout the day. When you can see skeleton through the polyp, be concerned.

Provide moderate light and water flow and feed 2X per week- Mysis or brine shrimp

That's good, these are first ones and I'm couldn't really find anything other than some showing tissue recession.
