Blasto reproduce

I was wondering if the new looking stem on the right side of the blasto is a new head? Do they sprout like flowers or just split?

I believe they sprout. I have one that is growing a new stem and not splitting like some LPS corals.

Mine sprout baby heads on the underside of the larger ones. Then grow outwards. Almost like acans.

Mine started as a single and sprouted new ones all around itself. It's got about eight new ones along the sides.

I'm not sure. It was labeled as a Firecracker Blasto on their website when I got it. It's the only one I've ever had. This was their picture...
