Went through the same thing recently. Bought mine at a local coral show and when it got into my tank (only two hours later), it had totally withdrawn with skeleton exposed.

I've dipped it in Revive twice, a few days apart. That didn't really help.

The skeleton was starting to show algae growth, so I dipped it in peroxide for a minute and that at least cleaned it off. The blasto was obviously stressed for a couple of days, but on the third day, some of the flesh had started to puff out.

It's still not out of the woods and it'll probably take months to regrow tissue over the exposed skeleton, but I think the peroxide dip helped, just for the mere fact that it cleaned the coral of nuisance algae.

There's another current post right now about a reefer using cipro and Kanaplex as a bath and having very good results. I have Kanaplex on hand so I may give it a try.

Change placement assuring lower third of tank under moderate light- Not bright light and low to moderate water flow. Feed 2-3X per week- mysis shrimp- not planktonic powder foods.
Assure Phosphate is not elevated
Temp 77-79
salinity 1.025
ph 8.1-8.3
