Possibly - cant judge light from a pic though. It just looks like a little frag to me. Now if it was puffed up 8 times as big last week then yes maybe its unhappy. It should be placed in low light.
Blasto is one of the easiest corals. Just put it low in the tank and toward a corner. And feed it.

It's pretty close to that hammer for long term health. I would listen to what JohnMzreef said. Put it lower and wait a bit before it settles in and then see that it gets spot fed.
