Hello everyone I just want to make sure this is normal coz I've never seeing this before and I've been trying to figure some coral growth inhibition... here is a pic

That is a bristle worm (I think) either beeing eaten by the blastomussa or getting into it to eat it inside...

If your talking about right in the center that's the mouth of the coral

I hope so... it's been sitting in there for an hour now and I'm afraid it's eating the coral

Looks to me that it's possibly eating the worm?

The worm is still there but the blastomussa has closed up a little so it's hard to c it... I would thing that the blastomussa is eating it but it has been a long time. that worm should be gone by now. I have had a really low growth in my corals and maybe that could be one of the reasons???

Blasto is as happy as always... I would speculate that it was having dinner... still tho.. never seeing that before.. it always closes up to eat...

I just noticed a worm on my blast this morning and just dipped it after reading your post. See photo. I assume it's a bridle worm? It was hidden up in the centre base of the blasto frag.

Looks like a bristle to me.
I think it would try to eat it, only to spit it back out.
Mine does this to asterina stars all the time with no ill effect. Possibly stress it out if anything. idk....
