@blazedmasta you should update your DOA policy on carrier fault deliveries.

Today I received my frag pack from Terrel. Outside temps were 90*-95* here in Arizona summer and still the package came with frags at a perfect 78*

Frags were packaged excellent and had PE in the shipping box still.
